💛 30-Day Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

What can be returned
To be eligible, items should be:

• Unworn and unwashed, in their original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Activewear and other hygiene-sensitive items must be clean and in original condition

How to start a return

1. Email us at monathic@gmail.com with:
   • Your order number
   • The item(s) you'd like to return and the reason
   • Photos, if the item arrived damaged or defective
2. We'll reply with your return address and instructions.
3. Ship your item back using a trackable service and keep your receipt.

Important: please contact us before sending anything back. The return address may be different from the one on your original package, and returns sent without instructions may be delayed or not accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 7 business days and email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?
We're sorry! Please email us within a few days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we'll take care of it right away with a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations
Our orders are processed quickly, so we can't always guarantee a cancellation. If you need to cancel or change your order, email us as soon as possible. If it has already shipped, you can request a return once it arrives.
