At Monathic, shipping is always on us. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) within [1–3] business days. During holidays, launches and big sales, processing may take a little longer. We'll always keep you posted.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–16 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Central America: 10–25 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–26 business days
- Rest of the world: 11–30 business days
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also check your order status anytime on our [Track Your Order] page.
Delays
Occasionally, carriers experience delays beyond our control (weather, holidays, customs). If your order is taking longer than expected, just email us at monathic@gmail.com and we'll personally look into it for you.
Changes to Your Shipping Address
Need to update your address? Contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes before your order is processed. Once it's processed, we may not be able to modify it.
